Bryant, AR, Metairie, LA, and Fayetteville, AR – October 6, 2026 – When a pet becomes sick or injured after the regular veterinary office has closed, finding the right place to turn can be difficult. That challenge is at the center of a growing veterinary group with a mission to make urgent care more accessible to communities that need it.

The team currently serves pet owners through locations in Bryant, AR, Metairie, LA, and Fayetteville, AR, with another location planned to join the group. Rather than building a single brand around one community, the founders are creating a network of urgent care locations designed to meet people where they are.

Each location focuses on providing same-day care for dogs and cats when a primary veterinarian may not be available. Services include treatment for injuries, allergies, sudden illnesses, abnormal behavior, diagnostics, and other urgent concerns. The locations also provide emergency surgical support for serious conditions that require immediate attention.

Accessibility is an important part of the model. The clinics offer extended or after-hours availability and welcome walk-ins, giving pet owners another option when waiting for a regular appointment may not be practical. The teams also emphasize clear communication and helping owners understand what happens after their pet is evaluated and treated.

That same idea will shape the marketing strategy as the organization continues expanding.

Veterinary Marketing is working with the team to give each location its own website and marketing approach. While the locations share a common mission and standard of care, individual websites allow each clinic to speak directly to the community it serves, highlight local information, and make it easier for nearby pet owners to find the appropriate location when an urgent situation arises.

“We really like what they are building because the mission goes beyond simply opening more veterinary locations,” said John Donato, Founder of Veterinary Marketing. “They are looking at where access to urgent care is needed and creating a model that can bring that care closer to more pet owners. Our job is to help each location communicate that clearly within its own community.”

The individual websites will also give pet owners a straightforward place to learn what qualifies as an urgent concern, understand the services available, and find information about hours and same-day care. For situations involving vomiting, injuries, allergies, dehydration, eye concerns, limping, or other sudden changes, having that information readily available can help owners determine where to turn.

The approach is already taking shape across the existing locations. The Bryant location serves communities throughout the surrounding Saline County area, while the Fayetteville location reaches pet owners across northwest Arkansas communities. The Metairie location serves the New Orleans area with after-hours urgent and emergency care.

With another location expected to join the group, the partnership is also being built with expansion in mind. Each new community can have its own online home while remaining part of the larger mission to make timely veterinary care easier to find.

For the founders, the goal is straightforward: bring high-quality urgent veterinary care closer to the people who need it. For Veterinary Marketing, the opportunity is to help make that mission visible, one community at a time.
